Returns

Because our meals are freshly prepared and perishable, we cannot accept physical returns of food items once they have been delivered.

Refunds and Replacements

We want you to have a wonderful experience. You may request a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

• Incorrect Order: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
• Missing Items: If any part of your ordered meal is missing.
• Quality Concerns: If there is a clear quality or hygiene issue with the food.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photos if applicable. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it enters the preparation stage. Once our kitchen has started preparing your food, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
